This test is useful for upstream, but not so much for EarthWorks right now. This commit partially reverts commit '376de0ed4' which is part of ESCOMP/CAM ESCOMP#1107

Update to the latest version of git-fleximod and add the continuous integration git-fleximod test to the github workflows
